Monaca, PA--- The Penn State Beaver Women's Volleyball team fell to Westmoreland Community College in three sets on Friday evening at the Beaver Fieldhouse. Beaver dropped the first set 25-8 and then nearly won the second set, losing a close one 25-23 and then fell in the last set by a score of 25-11.
Beaver was led by Kayona Ward (Beaver Falls, Beaver Falls) who had 4 kills while Miranda Pfeiffer (Freedom, Freedom) had 7 digs and 2 aces. Amanda Palumbo (Aliquippa, Quigley) also added 2 aces.
