Irwin, Pa--- The Lady lions had their rematch against Penn State Greater Allegheny at Norwin Sports Complex Wednesday falling by the score of 6-2.
Beaver played the first 30 minutes of the half great keeping up with Greater Allegheny. Greater Allegheny scored their first goal at 33:48, which gave Greater Allegeny more motivation where they scored two more goals before the the half ended making it 3-0. In the second half Sydnee Abernathy (Pittsburgh , Pa/Allderdice) scored beavers first goal. Making the game 3-1 but Greater Allgheny answered back with a goal. Jessica Spina (Jefferson Hills, PA/ Thomas Jefferson)scored a goal at 68:12 but it still wasnt enough for Beaver to make a comeback. Greater Allgheny scored two more goals to end the game 6-2.
